Accessing, browsing, and using the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use, of the Privacy Policy, of the Cookie Policy and of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The user who does not intend to accept these conditions is asked not to continue browsing.

1. Object of Service.

The Site provides users with:

  • Institutional and promotional information about the Company, its products and services;
  • The ability to purchase agricultural products online;
  • The booking, including through external platforms (e.g., Bookingkit), of organized wine tourism experiences;
  • Optional subscription to newsletters and receipt of commercial or informational communications.

The Site is intended only for users of legal age. Access and use by individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited.

2. Access and Registration

Access to the Site is free and free of charge. Some features (e.g., purchases, reservations) may require user registration or entry of personal data, which must be true, current and complete. Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their login credentials and the use of them by third parties.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of unlawful use, misuse, or use not in accordance with these conditions.

3. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages - Obligations and Responsibilities.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under the age of 18. When making a purchase, the user declares under his or her own responsibility that he or she is over the age of majority.

The Company disclaims any liability arising from fraudulent purchases or misrepresentations made by underage users or by third parties on their behalf.

Any liability of the Company for improper or excessive use of alcoholic beverages by the user or third parties is also excluded.

4. Use of the Site and Limitations

You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with applicable law, and to avoid conduct that could damage, impair, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site and its contents.

It is expressly forbidden:

Where the user acts in the capacity of professional pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code - that is, for purposes related to his or her entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity - he or she acknowledges and accepts that the protections provided by consumer legislation (such as the right of withdrawal) do not apply.

It is the professional user's responsibility to correctly state his or her qualification at the time of purchase and to be legally responsible for it.

8. Protection of Personal Data

The processing of the user's personal data is carried out in accordance with current legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended). The data are processed according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and minimization.

9. Changes to the Site and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or disable the Site, its features, and these Terms of Use at any time without notice.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

In case of user consumer, any dispute will be devolved to the jurisdiction of the court of the place of residence or domicile of the user, if located in the territory of the Italian State.

In the case of user professional, any dispute shall be exclusively devolved to the Court of Siena, with express waiver of any other forum that may have jurisdiction.
